David shares his meditation tips and how Aware has helped him form the habit!

  1. What does meditation mean to you?

As someone who is new to meditation, to me, it is just like a time out of life, or anything that is going on for the next 10 to 15 minutes.

2. Could you share some tips on meditation for beginners?

I would say to just stick with it. Making time to do it every day is important for beginners! 

3. What are the few challenges you have faced with meditation?

I find the biggest challenge is in being consistent, in doing it every day. 

4. How has Aware helped to make meditation easier for you?

For me, Aware has provided the convenience of having the tools that you need to guide you through your meditations right on your phone. This makes it very convenient, and easy to do.
